My journey in integrative health has always felt guided — as if each step was gently leading me to create Complete Stillness. I chose this name because, at our core, so many of us long for a state of peace, clarity, and joy.
Before any formal degrees, my path to healing revealed itself in a deeply personal moment. One day, I noticed my mother having severe back pain where she couldn’t move much — something I had never experienced before, as I had never heard my mother complain about pain. I had no formal training then, just a massage book I’d picked up at Barnes & Noble out of curiosity, and because it was on sale. Guided by my desire to alleviate her pain and following those simple instructions, I did my best to help her. I was surprised that she felt relief, and her pain diminished. That quiet, intimate experience planted a seed in my mind that perhaps this was something I was meant to do, and it inspired me to pursue massage therapy professional training.
My curiosity about the human body didn’t stop there. In fact, it deepened. I later earned a Bachelor's in Biology, which gave me a deeper understanding of how the body’s systems work together and reinforced my belief in the connection between physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
From there, my path expanded into energy healing through Reiki, followed by a Master’s in Integrative Health and Wellness at Rutgers. During that time, I had the opportunity to collaborate on research teams conducting massage therapy studies and was fortunate to co-author several evidence-based articles on yoga. Seeking to deepen my understanding of mind-body practices, I completed a yoga certification in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition and traveled to India to immerse myself in its ancient wisdom.
In a hospital oncology clinic, I developed an integrative health program for children, young adults, and families navigating cancer — a program that continues today. Alongside this work, I earned a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with the goal of integrating holistic, compassionate care into clinical spaces.
When the pandemic reshaped our world, I saw how many people turned to meditation and yoga for comfort — and how challenging it was to sustain those practices in the midst of stress and uncertainty. That experience inspired me to pursue a health coaching certification, so I could better support individuals in building meaningful, lasting wellness routines focused on relieving pain and restoring balance.
Each chapter of my journey has shaped Complete Stillness. My mission is to help others find balance, resilience, and peace through a personalized, compassionate experience.
